MEC and MESV donated and installed a 1998 GE SCPU rad room to Hospital Escuela in Tegucigalpa, Honduras with the help of Operation Blessing of Chesapeake, VA. Seen in this picture are the First Lady of Honduras and Bill Horan, President, Operation Blessing.
